The App is a Freemium App, meaning that it is free for one month for full services before becoming a paying App to access the costly services. The App will remain free for limited services only. If your children do not have an application, entering their data into your system is free.
WebApp services are free for securing our loved ones using your own application, even if they don't have an App. So, if you regularly take your elderly mother golfing, you can use your own app to keep her safe when she travels by car with you, even if you're unconscious. Pairing with your account and hosting her sensitive data will be both simple to do and highly secure.
The Call-Centre (CC) platform is of course free of charge for our paying users, to enable our Z-Kur agents to optimize your safety by accessing all the sensitive information you have provided and to inform the emergency services on the ground of any useful data (state of health, allergies, etc.).

- Give a phone call to national PSAP1 services for any kind of emergencies.

- Sending emergency alert for disappeared persons but without pre-registered information.
- Give a call to Family & Friends in case of emergency.
- Host who possesses a key of your house2, enabling the emergency units to quickly open the door of your house

- Automatic recruitment of First-Aid users in your vicinity.
- Being enrolled as a First-Aid user if an accident occurs in your vicinity.

Paid user
- Host & provide securely your medical history to emergency units via contact center agents called Kurators.
- Kurators gain access to your Family Network, including your children accounts in case of emergencies involving your family to provide this information to emergency units.
- Send disappearance notifications with pre-registered details from the Family Network to Kurators.
- Receive notifications for Teaching & Training in general emergency situations for gaining knowledge.
- Access a Z-Kur agent (Kurator) at any time (24/7/365) to optimize your security and the one of your loved ones who would be involved in a common accident with you, even if you are unconscious3.
- ( 3Among other things, our Kurator will handle your emergency situation, access securely to your sensitive details, and provide any useful information to PSAP1 and emergency services on the ground. )
